Sarah Rafferty

While still in the prep school Sarah was bit by the acting bug at a very young age. The drama teacher who she was with caught her cutting across his lawn, in order to miss field hockey practice he told she to not practice and take part in the production of Richard III and thus began her passion for acting. Sarah's love for the craft inspired her to study a double major in English and Theatre in Hamilton College. She was a junior at Hamilton College and studied theater abroad in London as well as Oxford. Sarah was encouraged to study about the arts from both of her parents. Her mother is chairperson of the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT as well as her father, who paints. Both her talent and her education paid off.
